HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER (UK deliveries) All items in stock will be shipped out on a next day delivery with one of the courier companies we use. We hold thousands of pounds worth of stock but occasionally we do run out, if items on your order are out of stock you will be notified by email and we will give you an expected delivery time for your order, our target is to complete all out of stock orders within 5-7 working days (manufacturer stock permitting). We will keep you updated at every stage of the order process and should there be any extended delay we'll let you know. If your order is urgent please let us know when ordering and we will do our very best to supply when required. When your goods are despatched we will send you a confirmation email letting you know the courier company used, the day to expect your order, the consignment number and a link to the couriers website enabling you to track your order. If you provided us with a mobile phone number when you ordered DPD will send you a text message giving you a 1 hour window when they will deliver. If you have any specific delivery instructions please let us know and in most cases we can get the courier to leave your deliveries with a neighbour or in a secure place. But please be aware that our insurance would not cover these deliveries if items go missing so liability would lie with you the customer. **EU DELIVERIES Delivery to EU countries is charged at a flat rate of £30.00. We use a fully insured courier for these deliveries that will require a signature upon delivery. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email that will have your courier tracking number on it to enable you to trace your delivery all the way. WHICH COURIER COMPANIES DO WE USE? Royal Mail for all UK small parcels these will be sent out by standard post. Delivery time for this service is 1-2 days. Royal Mail is also used for smaller international deliveries. 
We use DPD for all medium to large UK deliveries these deliveries will be delivered next day before 12pm. If there is a possibility that there will be no one there to accept the delivery please let us know as arrangements can be made to leave the parcel in a secure place or with a neighbour. WHEN ORDERING PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A DAYTIME TELEPHONE CONTACT NUMBER THAT WE CAN PASS ONTO OUR COURIERS SHOULD THEY NEED TO CONTACT YOU. Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Cancellation
We know that sometimes you may want to cancel your order and we'd like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. We offer a free return service.
