Returns Policy **

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure this. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return goods to us. This returns document should help to answer some questions.

If you have changed your mind

Please notify us within 28 days of invoice that you wish to return the item/s to us.

So what should I do?

  • Contact us by either telephone or email with your order number or invoice number.
  • FOR LARGER SHIPMENTS we will arrange for DPD to collect larger parcels on a day convenient to you (Mon-Fri only) free of charge. DPD will attempt to collect the goods once on the agreed day, if there is no one in the premises the day agreed with you for collection, we will have to charge £12.00 +vat for further collections requested by you, when the courier arrives they will have all of the necessary labels to attach to the box. Please ensure that the goods are in the original inner and outer boxes with your original paperwork inside.
  • FOR SMALLER SHIPMENTS we will email you a Royal Mail Freepost label that you can attach to the outer box and post at any Post Office Free of charge. It is important that the label is attached to the outbox and not the actual product box as this may incur a repackaging handling fee of 10%.  
  • Please make sure that you are going to keep the item before recycling the boxes. Any goods not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a 10% handling fee of the item value excluding vat.
  • If we consider the return not to be in a re-saleable condition the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
  • Once the item is received by our Goods In, your transaction will be refunded less the initial order delivery charge (if applicable). All refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
  • Special order items. Some light fittings in our range are hand made to order and therefore non -returnable. When you have ordered we will notify you of this and give the option of cancelling the order if you are not sure whether the item will be suitable.
  • Goods that have been cancelled en route to you, we would advise that you refuse the item/s when the courier delivers to you and the parcel will be returned to us.

    Goods damaged in transit:

    If the parcel arrives and is visibly damaged please sign the couriers paperwork marking it ‘Damaged'.

    Although we spend a lot of money on packaging to ensure that your goods arrive intact occasionally items are damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of any damaged items you have received by either telephone or email quoting your invoice or order number.

    Contact us and we will resolve the problem for you as quickly as we can. Where possible we will send a replacement part to resolve the issue. If this cannot be done we will arrange for a complete replacement to be despatched to you, we will also arrange and agree a day for the damaged item to be collected. Please ensure that the damaged item is replaced in it's original packaging for the courier to collect with the original paper work in the box, the courier will supply the address labels.

    Goods that are faulty after 28 days and within warranty period:

    The same procedure for goods damaged in transit applies.

    **Items shipped outside of the UK are strictly non returnable.

    Items being sent outside of the UK are given particular attention when packaged to ensure that your goods arrive undamaged but very occasionally breakages occur. In this case we will send either replacement parts or lamps to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of your goods being received and we will do everything to ensure that the breakage or replacement of missing parts is rectified.
